Delivery and returns

Delivery:
We usually deliver your package within 3-7 working days. If you order before 12 noon on workdays we aim to ship the same day. All orders are shipped with GLS or Bring. 

The delivery is free*.
(*Shipping cost for Iceland is €40 and for Croatia €30).

Delivery delays to Ireland may occur. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items.

If you are returning from Finland or Sweden, please use our Return Portal:

The return cost from Finland or Sweden is €7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning from any other country, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself. You can find the relevant return information for your country here:
