Order completion

You will receive an order confirmation by email a few minutes after you have completed your purchase. If you discover an error in your order, contact NÜ customer service at phone +45 87 12 23 00 or e-mail web@nu-denmark.com immediately.

Payment: All prices are including VAT. Prices are updated regularly. You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard/Eurocard. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been shipped.

We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. 

Sold out items:

In case an item is sold out you may contact us at web@nu-denmark.com or phone +45 87 12 23 00. A customer service agent will inform you, if we can re-order the item and put your name on a waiting list, or maybe help you find a similar item.

Delivery:

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can track your order. We usually deliver your package within 2-10 days. 

Shipping to EU countries:

For delivery in the mentioned EU countries the freight cost is € 9,- (SEK 50,- for Sweden). If you order for more than 100 € (SEK 1.000) we will deliver your order for free. We will deliver your order with GLS. Your parcel will be delivered to your home address. You can also choose to have the parcel delivered to a business address. 

On workdays we aim to deliver within 2-6 workdays. In case of holiday and during sale it might take a few more days. If you place your order before 11 a.m. on workdays we aim to send the goods to you the same day. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items when the parcel arrives. Please contact our Customer Service immediately, if any of the items are damaged upon arrival.

Shipping to Norway:

For delivery in Norway the cost is only NOK 99,- incl. customer duty and import fee to Norway. Free on orders over 1.000,_ NOK. We will deliver your order with Bring. You can get the package delivered to one of Brings’ many packet shops.

On workdays we aim to deliver in Norway within 2-10 workdays. In case of holiday and during sale it might take a few more days. If you place your order before 11 a.m. on workdays we aim to send the goods to you the same day. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items when the parcel arrives. Please contact our Customer Service, if any of the items are damaged upon arrival. 

Returns from EU countries:

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. The post bag, in which you receive your items, can be reused - see instructions on the bag. Enter your personal details on the return form and post the items to us. You will find our address on the form. The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. Items without hangtag will not be refunded. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards.

Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.

Unclaimed parcels, which are returned to us, will be charged with EUR 35.

Returns from Norway:

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. Please send us an email to web@nu-denmark.com and inform us which article you want to return. Afterwards sent your package to our Norwegian agent:

Defects:

If you have received an item with manufacturing flaws or defects, please contact Customer Service, phone +45 87 12 23 00 or send an e-mail to web@nu-denmark.com. They will tell you how to proceed.
